Need to get Assessment Score in BIP Report

Hi All,

I need to fetch the Score against a particular assessment for all the learners who have attended that assessment. Also how can I link the score to an assessment and to that particular learner. I tried to fetch the score from the following table but failed to fetch the score. 

• WLF_ASSIGNMENT_TASKS_F  : I tried to join it with ASSIGNMENT_RECORD_ID and also LEARNING_ITEM_ID separately, but nothing is fetched.
• WLF_ATTEMPT_RELATIONS
• WLF_EVENT_ATTEMPTS
