Time and Labor integration with two 3rd party time devices for time entry and schedule import
Summary
Time and Labor integration with two 3rd party time devices for time entry and schedule importContent
Hi,
Our UAE Client uses 2 different time entry and time schedule 3rd part systems named WFM and BMS.
We have a requirement to import time card data from both the systems.
- BMS will send 'daily' Punch-in and Punch-out data feed onto T&L.
- WFM will send monthly feed to T&L with Punch-in and punch-out details. This tool is primarily used by a Customer center departments.
However, the challenge is that both the systems might include same set of employees data(e.g. customer center employees will exist in BMS as well). Therefore, there is a very high chances of duplicate records/time entries in the timecard of T&L.
