Hi all

 

When we try to delelete a rule: 

Rule "UtilDC Elimination (SUBC)" two icons display as per image, and this somehow prevent us deleting the rule, deploy it or un-deploy it. We do not need this rule and I want to deleted it, but these icons are prohibiting it. 

Can someone let me know how to remedy this issue and what these icons mean?
