Smart View Form Drop Down Displaying Improperly

When opening a form in Smart View that allows for member selection from a drop down, some users are encountering an issue where the selectable members are shifted to the left off the page and they are unable to see what they're selecting. This seems to happen only when the user is using a virtual desktop or is using Excel on a second screen. If the users open the form in Excel on their main screen, the drop down members display as expected. Has anyone encountered this and, more importantly, found a solution?
