Previously, Boomi would sort users into Groups based on their employee type (separate out regular employees from interns, different departments, etc.) and then assign required training to these groups. We've used REST API to replicate the sorting, and we're trying to use Dynamic Groups to replicate the assignments, which is mostly working out fine, but there is one issue.
Here is the problem:
Right now we have some mandatory training that is only valid until the next version is released. Later this year, mandatory training will be developed. The old requirement will drop off and be replaced by the new requirement. In the past this is how we handled it:
