"An Unexpected error occurred..." when loading actual data through Data Managment

I was trying to load the actuals today and I got an error message.

The error says is “an unexpected error occurred while executing the data rule..”

However, when I look at the process details, I don’t see an ODI session number and the Status shows the clock symbol. Also, the “error Log” doesn't have any data in it…

Does anybody know what could cause an error like that?
