Within HCM and Employee Self Service, employees are able to update and thus own the management of their own personal information.  One in particular are their address information.  A problem that we see consistently with a certain portion of our employee workforce is the quality and consistency of address information being entered into HCM.  Specifically we are seeing where employees are not spelling their address correctly (street address and name of street, PO Box, Apt, etc).  This becomes an issue if we want to do mass mailings and we export employees address into and XLS or what not.  Has anybody else
