How to Determine Delivered Report

Hi all -

I'm trying to determine what report is being used when printing Development Goals.  If you navigate to My Development and click the print icon, how can I determine which BI template is being used to generate that report?  There are several under Human Capital Management --> Career --> Goals that are incredibly similar and I'm having a hard time narrowing it down.
