Is there a way to see the history of a supplier record being updated/edited/onboarded/deactivated/etc

Hi All,

I have used other Procurement systems in which they show the history of every update or edit that you made to a record, in this case, a Supplier Record.

Does OracleCloud have this functionality to show when the supplier record was created, who created it, when it was created? Does it have the ability to show who edited the supplier record? Who updated the banking info? The record was updated from X to Y and with a time stamp of when the update took place?
