OWMS Cloud error when adding a menu item



We are using OWMS Cloud 18c. I go into Menus, click on an RF menu, go into details, try to add an IBLPN screen to the menu, click save and get error "Exception in save_full_menu". The result is this menu item does not get added. I am new to OWMS and someone else has configured the instance.

Any ideas on what would be causing this error? Also, is there any place I can go to look at the error in any kind of log?
