Can we restrict items visibility in Requisitions

Summary

Can we restrict certain items to be visible to only certain users not to all users in requisitions

Content

For Example:

As a requester1, I should be able to see the itemA when I search for Items in requisitions

and As a requester2, I should not see those. 

Can we do it?
