Summary

Can you synchronize users from Azure AD to IDCS? If yes, how?

ADFS supports both federation using SAML and synchronization using AD Bridge with IDCS. But for Azure AD, how can we synchronize users between IDCS and AAD? Also, will that be a 2 way synchronization with password resets and account locks?
