There was a customer that recently requested a feature that would prevent the quantity returned from a punchout site to be made non-editable in the Requisition flow.

This article provides the process to make this possible.

Do give it a read. The requirement here was quite specific to this customer where the supplier did not permit quantity changes after the shopping flow was completed on their site. There were inherent issues with configuration based items that the supplier could not then interpret from a purchase order if the quantity did not match what was ordered on the site.
