Multirack Exadata Configurations in EXACS or EXACM

Are multiack configurations with more than 8 nodes possible in Exadata cloud service or Exadata cloud at customer ? does this need to be negotiated beforehand in cloud ? I couln't find anything in exaCS that indicates this would be supported but given that petabyte scale dbs do exist in on premise Exadatas today I would hope that multirack is possible in cloud also.
