BI Publisher Reports - Default Email Address

I would like to change the Current default email address which currently is bipublisher-report@oracle.com

When running BI Publisher reports and selecting an email destination, the current default from address is "bipublisher-report@oracle.com"

How can we configure and change the default address to be from my Companies email domain?
