How to make a Class available to all users?

I have uploaded a SCORM class to Taleo Learn. It is just one course but it is denoted as a "Class" after uploading it. In the past, we have been able to add a link to a page and the course can be opened. However, I tried the same method for this"Class" and when users click on it it does not open it says the course cannot be found.

How do you make a Class available to users? Or is there a way to change this to a course?
