Users not receiving emails

Anyone having issues with Users not receiving emails?Content
We’re getting reports that some Users are not receiving their Learn emails and, or are receiving them the following day. A common thread appears to be related to User Accounts. Is anyone seeing this behavior? Makes me wonder if this was a downfall of the latency issue reported, or if there is a bug in the New User Account field in the 18B. I’ll create an SR but wanted to reach out here first, Thanks!
