Troubleshooting Worker Time Entry Profile

We have a worker with 3 assignments, all active, all hourly paid but no time entry profile

Hello, 

When I attempt to use the Troubleshoot feature of the 'Manage Worker Time Entry Setup Profiles," the search returns no results.  Only "no data to display" message returns.  Very odd.  Typically this search will return a number of profiles, mostly delivered payroll and projects profiles - as well as the time entry profile to which their assignment category is enrolled.

Curiously, this worker has been included in the the correct time entry profile in the past as they have completed/submitted time cards and received subsequent payment for that time.
