We are beginning to test R13 and have found in a couple different places that the popup window won't open when using IE11.  We have no issue with the functionality when using Chrome.  The Search function...after retrieving an employee record, if we click the magnifying glass icon to do a search, it seems to do nothing.  I can see the URL on the bottom of the screen and  If we click it again we receive Oraclecloud.com is not responding with the Recover Webpage button.  I also had the same thing happen in Announcements, when either I click the Create button, or after
