Requisition BU Preparer BU

Can a Requisition be created in a Requisitioning BU other than the Preparer HR Records BU

HI,

I know I can create a requisition and the PO will be created in a Different BU.

However, I am looking for a way to create a requisition in a BU which is different from the Preparer HR record BU.

I noticed I cannot update the Requisition Preferences of the Preparer. It always reflect the Preparer HR employee BU
