Restict Course Catalog Visibility for Learning Admins

It is possible to limit visibility of catalog items from admins in the admin view?

Hello,

My client has a requirement to restrict catalog visibility from learning admins in the admin view. This means under My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Catalog admin would only able to see specific learning items. This would behave much like an access group on the standard learning catalog for an employee.

Is something like this possible?
