Restrict visibility of competencies as learning outcome by role

edited Jan 22, 2019 10:45PM in Learning 4 comments

Summary

Is it possible to restrict visibility of competencies as learning outcomes by role?

Content

Hello,

If I created a new role and did not it to the content section access section for competencies for profile management, I would expect any user with that role to not be able to see competencies in the talent profile. Would that restriction carry forward to competencies associated with learning outcomes? We'd like users with that restricted role to not be able to see competencies as learning outcomes when searching the catalog or taking a course. Can someone confirm if this is possible?

Thanks,
