Assign training to contingent workers and non-workers

Is it possible to assign training to contingent workers and non-workers

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to test assigning training to contingent workers and nonworkers in one of Oracle's demo pods. The assignments process just fine through the admin screen, but when I log in as one of these types of workers the training that was assigned does not display. As a negative test, I also assigned to a regular employee and it does appear.

Does anyone know from experience if it's possible to assign training to non-workers and/or contingent workers?
