Expire Revenue Contingency errors

Trying to expire revenue contingency, receiving error we can't resolve.

We have several old revenue contingencies we're trying to expire to clean them up (we'll reverse the accounting impact via journal).  It worked beautifully in our Test instance, however, in Production we're receiving errors.  I'm thinking we may be missing a setup but can't identify what that is.

The log file provides these error details:

earn_or_unearn: Unexpected error ORA-01403: no data found at AR_Revenue_Adjustment_PVT.earn_or_unearn()+
