Please let me know whether it is feasible to achieve the below requirement and how:

1. There needs to be 1 column added to the "Goal Details Summary Report" namely "SUCCESS_MEASURE_EXISTS" which will reflect any of the following values: Complete, Incomplete, Partial

2. The column "SUCCESS_MEASURE_EXISTS" will check if there is any Success Measure present against any of the goals assigned to employees and return any one of the aforementioned 3 values accordingly.
