Need to remove end date from absence plan

Summary

Need to remove end date from absence plan

Content

We added an end-date to last year's vacation plan to remove it from the user's list of plans, we can still see the plan if we date-track back prior to 1/1/19.  We cannot however do any type of balance adjustments.  I have logged an SR with Oracle and the first response is that we have to create a new plan.  I responded that if we need to create a new plan then we need to be able to roll over everything including all absence entries that were made.

Is this true that we will have to create a totally new plan and is it then possible to roll over all the absence entries into this plan?  We just have some balance adjustments to make for 2018 and then we won't need to get into the plan anymore.  We've created a new front-load plan (the old plan was accrual and didn't work for our needs) for 2019 and enrolled everyone into the front-load plan already.

Howdy, Stranger!
