HR Reporting Proxy

Hi - I have a report that we pull location information from our work structures area.
Fusion > Workforce Structures > Manage Locations | scroll down to Legislative Information > United States EEO and Veteran Reporting Information. There are two fields in that section: HR Reporting Location and HR Reporting Proxy. We use these two fields for our AAP/EEO reporting for locations that are less than 50 employees. I am not sure if these are pre-delivered Oracle fields or customized for our own company.
We recently upgraded to 18C and now these two fields are not pulling in and are now causing the attached error. I am not sure how to solve this as I still see the field in our OTBI instance so it's not like the field itself has disappeared.
