Would like to ask if some of you experiences this while using the ARCS application.

I have set my preferences to send email notification when the status of the reconciliation changes from Preparer to Reviewer and vice versa. However, even if there is a change in the status of the reconciliations assigned to me, i am unable to receive any email notification. Is there any configuration that i missed?
