I would think that as an administrator I should be able to manually override a prerequisite and enroll someone.  The person has to take a set of eLearning courses in a Learning Plan at least six weeks prior to attending the course, and we ensure they have done this, but now that we have the learning plan as a prerequisite listed for the enrollment, I can't add someone who hasn't completed the learning plan.

How can I force the system to let me enroll the person?  When I try to add them, it says
