Any options for converting history out of PeopleSoft?

It doesn't appear that Oracle has provided the necessary business object to load historical safety incidents into Cloud HCM/Health and Safety via HDL.

I just wanted to see if anyone else has come up against this roadblock, and if so, if you have found any alternative (other than manual entry)?

Can HCM Spreadsheet Loader be configured for any area, or only as delivered?
