When HR adds disability details into an employees records via Manage Person,then Disabilities there is a field called 'Status' that is a mandatory field. Is there any informaiton on the use of the different statuses:

Active, Applied for disability status, Approvwed, Closed, Inactive, Pending, Permanent, Temporary

Any informaiton is greatly appreciated.
