Hi ,
We are looking for the list of value of the Reason field , which is a part of the person disabilities screen.
Please see attached fields -
if you go to manage person - > disabilities tab , and choose the Reason field.
We would like to get the lookup of this list (to be able to extract the name and code ).
The idea is to add/eliminate values from the list of values of Reason.
