In the Compensation worksheet, Currently there are 10 BG's and for each BG there are 10 Grades. So, the filter drop-down consist of 10*10 rows and with the grades ID's.
Example: BG 1 has grades as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and BG 2 has grades as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4
In the drop down list the grades appear as 1.1, 1.1, 1.2, 1.2, 1.3, 1.3, 1.4, 1.4. So, the current system functionality is very confusing for the end users.
The expectation is that the grade ID's should not appear, instead of that unique grade names should appear.
Kindly suggest how to achieve this functionality.
