How can we restrict employees from editing or deleting retrospectively Applied/completed leaves older than 30days.

Scenario :

Employees are able to delete 2 months before 5 privilege leave and manager accidentally  approved and it increases his Balance.

 

we want to avoid such instance. while at the same time till last 30 days we would want employees to take such edit action for any valid situations.
