User completions for a Category

I am looking for a report that returns a list of all employee training completions for a category or categories.

I am looking for a BI report that returns a list of all employee training completions for a category or categories. For example, I have a category of "Safety Meetings" and would like to run a report on that category to list all employees who were enrolled in any training with that category and their post status (Completed/Incomplete/Exempt). Then, each month when I create new safety meetings and assign the "Safety Meeting" category, I will not have to edit the report and manually add the new safety meeting. It seems like a simple request, but I have not been able to find one and my skills for creating one
