External Trainings and Renewal
I would like to know the best approaches of having the external training requirements and the renewal options for the completed training by Employees is being achieved using the current system.
Right now, we have Request Non-Catalog learning - Here Employee can request for any learning outside the Organization and sent for approval.
How does the complete set of External training and completed trainings renewal is being taken care.
Example: Employee A takes External training in Feb 2019 and valid for 2 years. The system must remind the Employee after 2 years from now (Feb 2021), such that he can renew his training / certification and be updated.
