Hi,
In Release 13 we have the ability to set the 'Email From Display Name" in BPM Workflow Application Preferences which we did and all emails contained our user friendly "From" name rather than the POD name. However, when Update 18C was applied my change was overwritten (i.e. the field was blanked out) and I have had to reset the field. Has anyone else had this problem? I cannot understand why Oracle give us the ability to change the preferences and yet they overwrite what we have set :-)
