Summary

Oracle demos and doumentation show a new UI design, but I can't figure out how to enable it.

The image attached to this post is from the release notes, but I have followed the instructions and my mobile application does not look the same. My application still looks like the standard splash page with all the various icons.
Why isn't the mobile app optimized to fit the phone screen? We have responsive pages enabled in our instance, but these don't fit the mobile screen. Will this new UI resize for mobile?
