Summary

Change Personal Information approval workflow rules condition not working for all the Personal attributes

Content

Dear Team,

We are having a requirement if there is any change in the first name, last name or marital status then it should go for an approval but apart from these three attributes if there is any change in the Known As, Religion, Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation then it should be auto approved.

Below are the rules defined but it is going for an approval for all the Personal changes, which is not our requirement

Rule 1: If there is any change in the first name, last name or marital status then it should go for an approval which is working fine
