Pending status in the bulk loader

Does anyone know what the pending status means in the bulk loader? I loaded a learning plan bulk load file in January that apparently never ran (I have successfully run many other files since then). Looking at the results tab it has a question mark in the status column. I just re-uploaded the same file and it ran successfully. So I'm not sure why this one is still pending and don't see any way to get rid of it.

Has anyone else run into this?
