Cannot create Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBCS)

Content

Hi,

I just requested a trial version of DBCS and follow these steps to create database cloud service

http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/cloud/dbaas/obe_dbaas_QS/oracle_database_cloud_service_dbaas_q…

but when i create service , the status is "Scheduled" and I see "Request queued for Compute resources..."

I don't know why creating process need to be in scheduled? How can I let these activities run at this time?

Or anyone knows how it's happen

Thanks,

Bell
