ORDS module for REST API's in ATP

Do we get access to ORDS module out of the box in ATP

Hi,

We used to have ORDS module to quickly expose data as REST API's in Database Cloud Classic. 

However, in ATP, we don't see any access to this. Documentation show examples of how to build Node.JS apps to connect and query data from ATP. But will ORDS be exposed for customers to build REST API's to connect from other cloud services like OIC (Integration Cloud) (or) Visual Builder?

Please suggest.
