Display Certificates or File Attachments from External Training

I would like to know how everyone is displaying certificates or other documents added via External Training to their users? Is there a widget or DO that will do this for the users? For example: if an employee needs a copy of a certificate they have associated with an enrollment or external training how do they see this once it's added or generated by the system?
