Seniority Dates Management
Summary
How are length of service managed and related to seniority dates in oracle hcmContent
Hello,
please help me to understand how seniority dates are managed and are related to length of service in oracle HCM cloud. I want to understand Is the length of service is derived from services dates that exists under manage work relationship for a legal employer? Or through manage seniority dates task? We haven’t configured any seniority calculation rules yet - is this is mandatory? I assume the seniority dates by default should be the hire dates? Also, how the HDL handles this and bring information from legacy?
