We have gone live with fusion performance and goals. Now OTAC is being implemented. We need expert opinion on structure of OTAC. In this regard, following are some of the facts with respect to our current structure in fusion:
1. We have one BU and almost 3000 departments
2. Almost 50 jobs are created within the system. The jobs are key drivers of our JDs and competencies are driven from job profiles which become source of requirements on vacancy requisitions.
3. 15 grades are created and we have minimum and maximum salaries defined for each grade.
4. All positions (17k +) are single incumbent
