Can casual workers be classed as employees in HCM?Content
We had decision taken that all casual workers will be classed as 'Non Workers - Paid' , to be processed them in payroll. Now, we have found out that they cannot fill in timesheets - which is a requirement.
Hence, please can you advise - categorising casuals classed as employees in HCM any impact? Please note, an employee can have multiple casual assignments during the lifespan.
Please advise.
