How to Hide - Manage Export Import for Users

We do not want all the users have the option for Export / Import  in the navigator. How do we hide this for users? We have assigned employee role and we see that FSCM Load Interface Administration Role name in the employee abstract role at the role hierarchy.

Any suggestions?
