Sending Notification Agents in Multiple Languages

Need to offer notification agent message in different languages all in the same notificationContent
We have users from all over the world and I need to send a "required learning" notification agent to users who speak different languages. Is there a way to adjust the language in a notification agent in order to offer the message in different languages within the same notification?
I tried to create new text boxes in the notification agent in OTBI so that there could be different boxes for different languages stacked above each other in the same agent so that the messages in different languages were not just one big jumble of sentences in multiple languages together. I could not figure out how to add a new "Message to Worker" in these new boxes to add text in other languages.
