I am hoping this document will help in providing a first level triage mechanism for Charge Account derivation related cases in Self Service Procurement.

I strongly urge support and customers alike to take a good read and circulate as necessary internally to figure out initial cause of the issue. We are confident that if properly utilized, this document should help resolve most of setup or configuration related issues. 

Every time an SR is logged that results in a forum post, we expect that this triage be completed ahead of time and all screenshots and deliverable correctly attached for second level triage expectations from development.
