How to triage item search related issues in Self Service Procurement

Every week we get at least a couple of posts (that are not bugs but configuration issues) related to the following:

a) I cannot search for my item. I know this was created in PIM

b) I cannot search for an item in one language but is available in English

c) Agreement-back item is not displayed in a multi-language scenario

We have put together a document that encapsulates all the steps that you need to check and confirm have been correctly configured and executed. We have seen positive results from using this in the past where the issues have been resolved without any development intervention. Obviously, we are referring to issues that are not really bugs.
